Grupo Elo is vintage Brasilian Gospel music at it's best! During a time when the evangelical world did not accept electric instruments of any kind much less drums in their auditoriums and sanctuarys Grupo Elo burst on the scene breaking all the rules with great intensity, warmth, love and an exciting new message of salvation to the youth of their day.
To their friends, brothers and sisters in Christ, Grupo Elo hopes this site will not only bring back fond memories of days gone by but also remind them of the glorious future we all have in Christ!
To those who have never heard the band, we welcome you all with the same warmth, love and intensity but most of all, we hope that you will find salvation in Christ through the music!

Grupo Elo representou, e ainda representa, a musica gospel brasileira no que ela tem de melhor! Em um tempo quando o mundo evangelico nao aceitava instrumentos electricos de nenhum tipo, e muito menos uma bateria em seus auditorios e santuarios, o Grupo Elo surgiu na cena crista nacional quebrando todas as regras daqueles dias com um ministerio musical de grande intensidade, fervor e amor, e com uma mensagem de salvacao fiel as Escrituras e comunicada em uma linguagem direcionada aos jovens.
Grupo Elo espera que este website nao somente traga a tona as boas memorias daqueles dias, mas tambem reafirme, aos nossos amigos, irmaos e irmas em Cristo, a nossa conviccao do futuro glorioso que temos em Cristo!
